Fall Back Into Past Favorites

Some past favorite listens as we deal with the clocks falling back ...

If you aren’t forced to deal with Daylight Saving clock switches, you may want to skip to the playlist. Or not, I’m keeping it pretty short today.

While I prefer falling back to springing forward, it’s doesn’t bring the extra hour of sleep the proponents try to put in front of us. Not if you have a dog intent upon filling her belly. Or kids wanting the same!

Having woken up early, anyway, I thought I’d put together a look-back playlist full of past favorites I don’t get to revisit as often as I’d like.

Past Favorites

I’ve started compiling the songs in my ever growing Liked Songs playlist into folders by decade, through 2019. And by year 2020-2024. It’s taking a LOT of time, but it’s something I’ve wanted to do for a long time. And the longer I hold off, the longer it will take.

Today’s playlist features tunes from the 1960s forward to the decade encompassing 2010-2019. Two from each decade. A teaser to times and listens past.

As it’s gray and cool today, it’s a perfect listen as I get ready for the week ahead!

What are you up to today? Any listening in your plans? I’m about to head outside to sweep up a bunch of leaves from from two of the many massive oaks in my front yard. An activity I’ll repeat through December. Sigh. But this is the first time this year, so it’s less a chore and more a reason to enjoy the autumn weather.
