New To My Liked List: February 16, 2024
Another compilation of my best finds over the last week!
Good morning. Happy Friday. It’s time for another addition of New To My Liked List. I spend a decent portion of my off time, each week, seeking out new, new-to-me, long-forgotten, and deeper dive selections to add to my eclectic playlist.
This week I added less than two hundred songs. It was a busy work week and my husband’s been battling a headache, so my mind has been on other things. But, no matter what’s going on, music is what fuels my days. From long-time favorites to happy new finds.
New Additions!
This week’s fifteen standouts run the gamut. New singles from new finds. The latest from some of my long-time favorites. Deeper cuts from deep dives. And more. We’ve got ‘60s girl groups, folky Americana, a new listen from a grunge-era icon and more. There’s not a genre theme or style this week. It’s truly a random selection. Which is my favorite kind of playlist.
Standouts Among The Standouts!
Though the list is compiled of my favorite fifteen additions over the week, I still share a few standouts from the rest of the standouts. What? You know what I mean. And this week they are:
“Cohabitate” by j solomon
“You and I” by Man of Moon
“Little Bell” by The Dixie Cups
“Dark Matter” by Pearl Jam
“Antidote” by Bad Nerves
“Hateful Symphony” by The Frowns

Anything make your ears especially happy this week? I’d love to know what you added to your own liked lists. What new music did you find this week that I missed? Chime in with a comment!
Had a little chuckle when I got to “Hateful Symphony”. I’ve not come across The Frowns before but they are so obviously a Scottish band 😂 I liked it a lot.
Lots to like here tbh but really pleased to see Bad Nerves included. Their first album slaps and the new music is every bit as good. They are one of my favourite bands to see live too - so much energy!
The new Pearl Jam track rips!
