Starter List: Andrew Montana

Powerful, emotional singer-songwriter GOLD!

I just can’t get enough. And I’m not talking about Depeche Mode, though they’re a favorite and an oft repeat listen.

No, I’m talking about Andrew Montana, my latest happy accident find and current listening obsession.

I often listen to artist “radio” as compiled by Spotify, especially if I really like something new I’ve heard. On one of those radio deep dives I was lucky enough to be introduced to Montana. And wow!

I love a plaintive and passionate vocal delivery. And Andrew delivers. It’s not perfect. It’s often raw and a little rough. But it suits the lyrics and the overall feel of the songs and music. I find it delightful and addictive. I hope some of you will, too.
