Good morning. Happy Tuesday. On Tuesdays we share two songs each from up to five bands or artists who’ve been tickling my ears during my weekly searches for new, and new to me, music.
Let’s dive right in!
This Week’s Bands/Artists
Crash Landing
Victoria
Gaadge
The Lost Days + Tony Molina
charlie
The list launches with a power pop bang with Crash Landing. The second track, “Out My Head,” softens with a female vocal and a more dreamy appeal.
On to Victoria, called a “super group” by an Australian radio station. “Creative Frenzy” reminds me of James, a bit, but with a talk-singing vocal style. I also get a Crowded House vibe. What do you think?
Next up is Gaadge, who got a nod yesterday from
. It’s sludgy, grungy, messy goodness. I’m keen to dig deeper into these guys and hope they keep the music coming. “Oh Wonder” is what drew me in.On to The Lost Days with Tony Molina (whose solo work will be featured later this month). It’s lo-fi, lightly jangly, and slightly distorted with dreamy vocals. Both songs clock in at around a minute, so you may have to repeat listen.
The list rounds out with charlie. It’s more lo-fi, distorted jangle pop with barely there vocals. “blue light” is the track that got, and kept, my attention.
Playlist Changes
I’m moving to rotating weekly playlists rather than making a new playlist each week, hoping to build a bit of a following. If you listen to and enjoy these Two For Tuesday compilations, please consider liking the playlist and possibly adding it to your library. I’d really appreciate it, and I believe the bands and solo artists would, too.
The Spotify playlist shared below will be the ongoing playlist. THANKS!

That’s it for this week. What did you think? Did you make any additions to your own liked lists? Would love to chat with you in the comments!
I’m sold on Victoria! Especially after I found out they are named after the Kinks song. I think I get more REM from them than James or Crowded House though.
